Delivery Time

  • Other Regions: 10–20 business days

Express shipping typically reduces delivery time to 3–7 business days.
Please note: Processing time (1–3 business days) is not included.
Large furniture items such as sofas may require additional handling and delivery scheduling.

Delivery Process

Undeliverable Locations

We may not be able to ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (especially for large furniture items)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Remote or restricted areas without carrier access

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund
  • Damaged Items: If your sofa arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos for verification
