Return Policy

1. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong sofa or furniture item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

2. Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and components. Due to the nature of large furniture, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Policy

1. Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed lost during transit, we will offer a full refund or resend your item.

2. Damaged Products
If your sofa or furniture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.


Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your sofa for a different size, color, or configuration, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability, and customers may be responsible for any applicable shipping costs.

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
